These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of keystoneshieldllc.com (the “Site”), operated by Keystone Shield LLC (“Keystone Shield,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is provided to share information about Keystone Shield LLC’s capabilities in secure communications, cybersecurity, systems integration, and emerging defense technologies, and to allow visitors to contact us. Nothing on the Site constitutes a solicitation for, or a guarantee of, any specific government contract, task order, or business relationship, and no contractual or teaming relationship is formed by browsing the Site or submitting the contact form.

You may access and use the Site for lawful, informational purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported through the process described on our Security page rather than exploited or tested against production systems.

The Site is an unclassified, public-facing website. Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or technical data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) through the contact form or any other feature of the Site. Any such information submitted despite this notice will not be treated as having been transmitted through an approved or secure channel.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Keystone Shield name and shield emblem, and the “Protect. Connect. Advance.” tagline — are owned by Keystone Shield LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser, no content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
